It continues to be difficult to keep in touch, but I am encouraged by positive signals for a return to the City this year. Healthy Streets Scheme – Creechurch Lane/Leadenhall StreetThe City Corporation will be introducing a raised entry table in Creechurch
Lane at its junction with Leadenhall Street as part of its ‘Healthy Streets’ programme. The entry table will be approximately 6 metres long, 4.3 metres wide, with a flat top length of 3 metres, a maximum height of 75 mm and ramp gradients of 1:20. The raising of the carriageway will provide a ‘step-free’ crossing area at footway level for pedestrians and help encourage drivers to reduce their speed as they enter Creechurch Lane.
